RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Return Policy
Timeframe:
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for orders placed outside sale or clearance periods.
Non-Returnable Products:
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on certain items, including caps, socks, hats, masks, boxers, shorts, bodysuits, crop tops, tank tops, baby tees, and stationery items like stickers.
Condition:
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Return Refusals:
Aladia reserves the right to decline returns if products appear used, washed, damaged, or tampered with (unless received damaged).
Defective or Damaged Products:
If you receive a defective product, please email photos and an unboxing video to our support team through the website or app. Our Customer Experience Team will assist you promptly.
Return Charges & Refunds
Return Fee:
A reverse shipment fee of ₹100 will be deducted during the refund process per order (not per item).
Shipping charges are non-refundable for both COD and prepaid orders.
Refund Method:
Refunds are issued as Aladia Wallet Credits, redeemable for your next purchase. These credits will be processed through WhatsApp or your registered account.
Exchange Policy
Timeframe:
Exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery, excluding sale or discounted items.
Exchange Fee:
A ₹100 reverse shipment charge applies to all COD exchange requests.
Price Difference in Exchanges:

If the new product costs more, pay the difference through a prepaid method.

If it costs less, the balance will be added to your Aladia Wallet for future use.
Availability Issues:
If your desired exchange item is unavailable, the product amount (including taxes) will be credited to your Aladia Wallet, which you can use for a new purchase.
Return & Exchange Process

Initiate a Request:
Go to www.aladiawear.com → navigate to Returns/Exchange section → follow the instructions. -
Approval:
Our Customer Experience Team will review and approve your request within 48 hours. -
Reverse Pickup:
Once approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged. -
Packaging:
Please ensure items are securely packed as originally delivered. -
Refund/Exchange:
Refunds or exchanges will be processed after quality inspection at our warehouse.
Order Cancellation
Cancellations are possible only before dispatch from our warehouse. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
Important Notes

Items purchased during sales or flash offers are not eligible for return or exchange.

Certain products like baby tees, tank tops, crop tops, bodysuits, caps, hats, masks, boxers, and shorts are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Exchange & Refund Conditions
Covered Issues:
We offer exchange/refund for products with manufacturing defects, such as:

Accidental or environmental damage
Aladia Quality Guarantee
At Aladia, we believe in premium comfort that lasts.
We provide a 2-month guarantee (up to 30 washes) on our core collection, covering manufacturing defects.
If a product fails within this period, we’ll replace it free of cost.
